In order to make a brand geared towards teachers, I first put myself in their shoes. What are they going through day to day?

1. Educators have the capability to manage their own finances, but lack expertise in personal finance.
2. Educators may not know where to find financial advice.
3. Financial advisors may have a negative reputation in the education community.
4. Like many college graduates, student loans play a factor into educator's finances.

First Contact
Teachers live and work among us, so the best way to make sure Extra Credit's advertising is in front of the right people will be through targeted ads online and through sponsored social media content.



After catching the proper audience's attention, they will visit Extra Credit Financial's website.




Follow-Up
Once customers have made contact, Extra Credit Financial employees will use a company wide stationery system, including a signature block to show a consistent face, internally and externally.
